Kim Roach, Communications Supervisor, is the current supervisor of this extremely busy and important area of the Police Department. Kim supervises 4 full time staff. All dispatchers receive annual training in Power Phone, NCIC/CCIC computer software, and various other classes. In addition to the Dispatch Area, Kim also oversees the Records Section, which is responsible for keep track of all criminal cases, sex offender registrations, and traffic accident reports.

The Communications Division is staffed twenty-four hours a day seven days a week.
The Records Section is staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday.
